Sales and payments received
1. “How much have I invoiced this month, and how does it compare with last month?”
The most common question. The assistant adds up your sales invoices for the period and gives you the comparison.
2. “Which customers owe me money, and since when?”
A list of unpaid invoices, with customer, amount and date. Ideal for deciding who to call first.
3. “Which invoices are due this week?”
To get ahead of late payments before they become a problem.
4. “Who were my five best customers this year?”
It helps you see who your business depends on, so you can look after those customers.
Expenses and suppliers
5. “How much have I spent with each supplier this quarter?”
A summary of your purchases by supplier, to spot where the money goes.
6. “Which supplier invoices do I still have to pay?”
To plan your payments and avoid surprises in the bank.
7. “Which documents in my Holded inbox have not been reviewed yet?”
The receipts and invoices you have uploaded that are not recorded yet.
Bank accounts and cash flow
8. “How much do I have in each bank account?”
The balance of your Holded treasury accounts, at a glance.
9. “Which recurring invoices go out this month?”
Fees, rents or services you invoice every month: the money that will come in without you doing anything.
Accounting
10. “What is the balance of my ledger accounts at the end of the quarter?”
For those who want to go one step beyond invoices, or to prepare the meeting with the accountant. Always state the period you are interested in.
Drafts that you confirm
11. “Prepare a draft invoice for Talleres García for €1,200 plus VAT for October’s maintenance.”
The assistant prepares the draft and shows it to you. It is not saved in Holded until you confirm it.
12. “Add this new customer with their tax number (NIF), address and email.”
Same here: it shows you the details before creating the contact, and only creates it if you confirm.
Everything it writes to Holded needs your confirmation. isaak.pro prepares and proposes; you decide.
If you run several companies
With isaak.pro you can connect several Holded companies and ask about any of them from the same chat. For example: “How much has Panadería Sol invoiced this month?” or “Which companies do I have connected?”. The assistant always says which company each figure belongs to, so nothing gets mixed up. It is what accounting firms use to work with their whole client portfolio.
How to ask for better answers
- State the period: “this month”, “the third quarter of 2026”, “from 1 to 15 November”.
- If you have several companies connected, say which one you mean (name or NIF).
- Ask for the format that suits you best: a table, a three-line summary or a list.
- Ask in your language: the assistant answers in the same one. We explain it in Holded in your language.
- If something does not add up, ask for the detail: “show me the invoices that make up that figure”.
What it does not do
The assistant works with the data in your Holded: if an invoice is not recorded, it will not see it. It does not file taxes or replace your accountant’s judgement, and AI answers can be wrong, so important figures should be checked in Holded.
To get started, you need your company in Holded with a paid licence and to connect it in isaak.pro (the first company is free). We explain it in Run your business with Holded and ChatGPT or Claude. If you are an accounting firm, see your whole Holded portfolio in one chat.
